LuxeCorp has been retained as Property Consultants to Master Plan, build, market and sell the remaining amenities in the exclusive Blue Diamond Golf and Water Sports Club. The project is 2.5 hours drive from Bangkok and an airstrip and helicopter pad is planned within the Master Plan. The center is next door to the Blue Sapphire golf club and surrounding golf courses which gives one alternative golf courses to play.

An 18 holes championship golf course has been already completed with the clubhouse opening in 2012. Temporary clubhouse facilities are available until the clubhouse is completed.

The development is the brain child of Dr. Prachin Eamulumnow, of Grand Prix International who organizes the Bangkok International Motor Show.
