About Koh Phangan

This natural un-spoilt magical paradise island in the Southern Golf of Thailand is near to Koh Samui, Koh Tao and has much to offer.

The infrastructure is good with concrete roads, electricity and water servicing the entire island. This coupled with ample shopping, banks, medical services, restaurants, bars and the home of the “full moon party” makes owing a home on the island easy and exciting.

Koh Phangan has pristine beaches with clear blue water and many deserted beaches are a must for diving jet skiing and snorkeling. Nearby is a protected National Marine Park or you can take the footsteps of Thai Royalty to the Than Samet National Park. The tranquil Tha Laem Nai, the salt water blue lagoon was featured in the film “The Beach”.

It seems if you buy a property on Koh Phangan there is something to do for everyone.

COMMUNICATIONS.  Best by air as you can fly direct to Koh Samui from Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Phuket, Chiang Mai and Pattaya. From the airport it is about 25 minutes boat ride to the island.
