The Organization is the brainchild of David Medway who saw the need to create a specialist property company to cope with the modern needs of Property clients.

Our Key People :

David Medway has extensive knowledge of the Property Industry spanning some 40 Years. Before coming to the Asia Pacific Region in 2003, he was Chairman of a public quoted property Development and Investment company.

Also, he brings to the company knowledge of the Estate Agency business, manufacturing and the retail industry, Children Play Centers, Golf development of driving ranges & courses with retail shops and the Security industry, having been involved in all these businesses as either a owner or at Board level. In Thailand he formed companies involved in property, architecture and the Hotel Leisure business.

Scott Bolls is a shareholder in EquipNet Thailand Pte Ltd and has formed a partnership agreement with the company to promote and sell EquipNet services. EquipNet specializes in the valuation and asset sales of plant, machinery and equipment.

He is a results-oriented senior executive with over 30 years of multinational expertise in Corporate Finance, Investment, Real Estate and Asset Management gained during a successful international career, that has included experience with Goldman Sachs, GE Capital, Ernst & Young, Owen Savings Bank, Uk’s Smith Hodgkinson and Germany’s real estate privatization agency TLG.

In the past three years Scott has been coordinating activities for EquipNet in the Asia Pacific Region. He trained as a lawyer and CPA at the University of Pennsylvania & the Wharton School of Business.

Ann Medway is the Thai wife of David Medway. She brings to the company many years of experience in Sales and marketing having recently owned Ann & David selling products and wood to Thai and overseas buyers.

Ann has skills in the interior decorating business working with top designers and architects developing interesting residential homes and will bring this skill to the company.

Ann is a Board member and shareholder in her husband’s Thai companies.
